Therefore, it is crucial that this material is disposed of properly, using a company that follows strict and confidential policies, procedures, and protocol.

On Site and Off Site Shredding.
Through our partners at Northeast Data Destruction, (AAA NAID certified) we offer clients secure document destruction – turning documents, records, and files to unreadable and indistinguishable particles.

How does it work?
At the end of each scanning project, National Scanning will either return the original files to you, or have them shredded by Northeast Data Destruction. We hold the files for thirty days (at no charge) to ensure that there are no issues with the electronic files. Then, after confirming with you, we will shred the files, recycle the paper, and provide a detailed certificate of destruction.
