How does the process work ?
On a regular basis (daily, weekly, as needed) National Scanning will pick up your files. Some clients even have the originals, such as invoices and forms, sent directly to us. Documents will be scanned, indexed, and made full text searchable. Either live or in batch, electronic images and metadata will be securely transmitted directly your' remote servers. Originals are then held for review and securely shredded or returned.

Why should I integrate ?
Business processes are made more efficient when data is easily accessible. Viewing supporting documents and transactional information side by side empowers staff and reduces cost.

What systems are supported ?
Most databases have the capability to import data. We will work with your IT team to determine the best approach and feasibility. ERP systems, such as JD Edwards, SAP, and most Microsoft products are usually great candidates! Documents may also be sent to CRM applications, such as the open-source SugarCRM, and nearly all pure-play content management applications.

What if I don't have a database ?
Our team will work with you to develop and deploy a custom database containing your image files, index information, full text search data, and any other information that you require.
