The Solution National Scanning picked up all of their files and converted them to secure digital files. The files are searchable by client, matter number, and full text searchable within the document. On an ongoing basis, new files are picked up each Friday and available electronically by the following Monday. The Outcome Working with electronic documents means that they can access their files from anywhere with a secure internet connection (including on Blackberry's and other web devices in the courtroom). Their time to produce photocopies has been greatly reduced by being able to simply print the electronic documents.
